What is the Third HUB in the Shib Metaverse?
The first HUB is the WAGMI (We are all gonna make it) Temple HUB. The second HUB is the Rocket HUB. The third HUB is the 'Canyon' HUB. The Shib Development Team recently posted a blog on the third HUB. In the ‘Canyon’ HUB,
you will be able to immerse yourself in super fun activities such as “Waterskiing,
Rock Climbing, ATV Mountain, Slot Mazes, Royal Gorge Suspension Bridge, White
Water Rafting, Helicopter Tours, Horse Back Riding Trails, Spelunking,” and the
HUB will even have a “Burning Man-Like
Party Area”. It would be incredible if
they can host a Burning Man-Like Party in this HUB every year with Shib Army
Members bring their own arts to display just like they do at the actual Burning Man party. The following is an early sketch of the ‘Canyon’ HUB.
The ‘Canyon’ HUB takes architectural inspiration from “Badlands(South
Dakota/New Mexico, United States), Lake, Tahoe (Nevada, United States), Grand
Canyon (Arizona, United States), Moab (Utah, United States), Mesa Verde
(Colorado, United States), and Salt
Flats (Utah, United States)”.
The ‘Canyon’ HUB gets flora inspiration from “Desert
wildflowers, Indian Paintbrush, Thick Leaf Penstemon, Desert Phlox, Arizona
Thistle, Yucca, Cacti, Succulents, Agave, Saguaro, and Heterotheca Villosa”.
The ‘Canyon’ HUB gets fauna inspiration from “Scorpions,
Tarantulas, Giant Centipedes, Birds of Prey (Condor, Falcons, Hawks),
Roadrunner, Wren, Raven, Lizards, Non-Rattlesnakes, Bats, Wild Horses, and Butterfly”.
It is pretty interesting that for every HUB in the Shib
Metaverse, there will be faunal presence. Most
Metaverses only have land, architectural, and floral presence; not faunal. Fauna will definitely add another level of
fun to the metaverse. As we know, The Third Floor, a world-class visualization studio, is building the Shib Metaverse. Marcie Jastrow, a Media and Entertainment Industry veteran, is the lead consultant for the Shib Metaverse project.
