Now The SHIBArmy Can Buy Land In The SHIB Metaverse With SHIB Tokens

Now the SHIBArmy can buy land in the SHIB Metaverse with SHIB tokens.  Originally, land in the  SHIB Metaverse could only be purchased with Ethereum (ETH).

The SHIB Team announced on Twitter that now SHIB tokens can be used to mint land in the SHIB Metaverse.

There is a total of 100,595 plots of land in the SHIB Metaverse. For the initial release on April 13, 2022, 36,431 plots were unlocked.  The 36,431 unlocked plots were divided into four categories: Silver Fur, Gold Tail, Platinum Paw, and Diamond Teeth.  Land owners will be able to customize their virtual lands, generate passive income from their lands,  gather in game resources, and earn rewards; more details will come later as the SHIB Metaverse develops.  Currently, LEASH token holders who locked their LEASH get priority in land bids.   The SHIB Metaverse will be governed by the Doggy DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization).  The Doggy DAO will be formed by all the BONE token holders.  The SHIB Development Team stated that Bone holders will play an important role in the SHIB Metaverse as they will be able to vote on decisions regarding the metaverse.  The SHIB Metaverse will run on Shibarium (SHIB’s Own Blockchain), a layer-2 scaling solution on top of the Ethereum network.
