What is “CK1” for the SHIBArmy?

ShibKaren sent out a tweet “Hey shib army!!!! “eyes” #CK1 #SHIBARMY” with a video which hinted that something new might be coming. Maybe a new launch or an exciting announcement on the way? The most interesting part was the “CK1” which meant it had something to do with  “CK1”. What is “CK1”?

Shytoshi Kusama (SHIB’s lead developer) also sent out a tweet with  “CK1 eyes”?

A quick search on Google for “CK1” pulled up “CK One is a fragrance developed by Alberto Morillas and Harry Fremont for Calvin Klein.” And someone actually responded on twitter with Calvin Klein, but ShibaKaren’s response was “Not Calvin Klein… #SorryNotSorry.”

Then someone else suggested “Crusader Kings”, but ShibKaren responded “Not Crusader Kings.. #SorryNotSorry.”

So ‘What is CK1?’

Finally, we have the answer. On May 10, 2022, Shytoshi Kusama posted a blog titled SHIB Update 5.10.  In the blog we find that “CK1” is Craig Kessler Esquire. Craig Kessler Esquire  is a legal counsel the SHIB Development Team retained for the Shib.io Metaverse Studio and other SHIB deals.  Craig Kessler Esquire has “been a legal consultant for Amazon Studios/Prime Video and Hulu”.  We are excited for the SHIBArmy as the SHIB Development Team is taking a careful approach when it comes to legal contracts.  We believe that this is a wise move for the SHIB Development Team and this move will be good for the future success of the SHIB Ecosystem.  As we know, there are many projects and developments coming out for the SHIB Ecosystem, so it wouldn’t be good for the SHIB brand or its ecosystem if SHIB lands in a legal battle. Nice Move!
